I was in eight grade taking a standardized test for some thing or another in my middle schools gymnasium. Over the loud speaker, the principle made an announcement saying that all teachers had an urgent e-mail that they must read. I assumed that it was some problem with the attendance program they used on the computer, because it was broke almost everyday. About ten minutes later, the principal came back onto the loud speaker and made the announcement that America was under attack and began to go into some details. We then had to finish up our test, and then I went to my social studies class. It was there that we talked about what had occurred. After that I went to recess, and I remember looking up into the sky and noticing that there were absolutely no jet trails, clouds, or planes anywhere...The sky was simply blue. I went home after that and spent the rest of the week watching the news.
