i was in class when it happened, in grade 3. our teachers didnt tell us, but when i got home i remember my parentts avididly watching the news, and they were showing the airplanes hitting the two towers. i didnt really understand, and couldnt fathom why someone would want to do something like that. i still dont. it's so sad, and scary. i don't really understand why there still is so much publicity (hear me out). that's exactly what the poeple who did this want, and why should we do anything that makes that makes them happy? we have all seen the footage so many times, but always, on 9/11, they show it again and again for almost 24 hours.
