I was in Kuwait when it happened. My parents called me when they flipped on some news channel. I actually saw the second plane crash while I was working of my 8th grade Social Studies homework. Ironically I had to write a short news article for class about a recent news event. The next day, I found out that I was the only one in class who wrote about it.

What actually horrified me was that I saw kids actually cheering and celebrating over the terror attacks. It was like being struck by lighting. "Do they know that many people died, and many more families are in pain ?" I thought. Kuwaiti people are usually nice, and are friendly to foreigners, so I don't want others to get the wrong idea about this beautiful country. I just happened to come across a few sick puppies celebrating the murder of innocent people.
