On the day of september 11th of 2001 i was a freshman in high school. i remember being in school and walking into my english class which started at 9:00 AM to see my teacher watching the television. i think that the whole class was unaware and shocked about the events that had occurred. for me i did not fully realize what an impact that such a day was going to have on all of us. our class spent the rest of the period talking about the 9/11 attacks and some past events that defined generations, like the kennedy assasination, pearl harbor, etc. the rest of the day went the same way and football practice was cancelled, while at home my family and i spent the rest of the together hopeing for the best. that is what happened to me on september 11th, 2001.
