Car Crash

In 2005 when I was 12 years old I went to Alaska for the summer to see my mom at her wedding!! It took us 1 day and a half to fly to Fairbanks and 30 minutes to fly to the village I was going to! It was a week since I been there, I was so happy! It was around 11:30 there when my cousins Monster came to pick me and ray up to take a ride in her truck. Well you could tell that she has been drinking. Well my cousin thought that it would be a good idea to drive the truck and so did I. So I got in the back of the truck while my cousin Ray got in the drivers seat while Monster got in the passengers seats. So Ray saw that it was stick shift and she knew that she did not know how to drive it. But my cousin Monster thought it was a good idea. So she gave a brief description in it and my cousin started it up. Like 25 minutes passed and she started to drive faster she was in the 80’s then all of a sudden we saw that we had to turn and so Ray turned and she shifted the stick shift and turned she was going to fast that it started to swerve it went once then twice the third time she couldn’t handle it so the truck flipped over and I came flying out of the back. My Cousin thought that I was dead when she got out but she saw the truck on top of me she. She said that I was crying so badly. My cousin started to scream for help but no one was up so my cousin ran to the clinic that wasn’t that far from where we where. She got some help for me and they carried me to the clinic and they called a helicopter to get me to get life lined to Fairbanks while they waited for the helicopter they got all the rocks out of my eyes! The next thing I know I am in the hospital wondering why I am here. Then my Aunt came into the room and said “I thought that I was going to loose you” She asked me how long she thought that I been there? I said that I was there for 3 days and she started to laugh and said no you been her for a week. She said that she was with me when I got life lined to Fairbanks. She said that the day before they changed my room. She also said that the doctors thought that I would be paralyzed and not be able to move my legs. When she told me that I got scared and I tried to move my legs, they moved. I was so glad I had a big smile on my face. She handed me a book that I wanted forever and a pair of pants that had a cat on it at the vary bottom. She told me that she had to leave because visitor hour was almost over! SO the whole time I was in there I had to have IV’s put into me for 3 times a day That day I got to get up and look at myself. When I looked at myself I found out that my eyes that where red because of the rocks so I had to take a bunch of eye drops. 3 days later I got to go back to my family and I was so happy!
